After reviewing your project details, we provide an initial estimate that includes allowances for personalized items such as flooring, fixtures, tile, cabinets, or specialty finishes. This gives you a realistic starting point while still allowing flexibility for your preferred selections.
Client Finalizes Selections
You’ll choose the materials, finishes, and fixtures that best fit your style and budget. We guide you through this process to ensure everything aligns with the design and scope of your project.
Finalized Budget &
Scope of Work
Once selections are made, we update pricing and create a clear, detailed scope of work. This ensures full transparency and sets accurate expectations before the project begins.
You review the finalized project plan and contract. Once approved and signed, we’re officially ready to move forward together.
Contract Signing & Approval
After the contract is signed, a deposit is collected and your project is added to our construction schedule. You’ll receive estimated timelines and next steps.
Deposit & Scheduling
We handle any necessary permits, inspections, and preparations before construction begins. This step ensures everything is compliant and ready for a smooth build.
