Our Quality Guarantee
Northern Pines Construction provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all labor we perform. If an issue arises due to our installation or craftsmanship, we’ll repair it at no cost to you. This includes work such as tile, flooring, trim, cabinetry, fixtures, and general carpentry, as well as minor adjustments needed from normal settling. Our warranty does not cover material defects (these are covered by manufacturer warranties), normal wear and tear, misuse, moisture or temperature issues, client-supplied materials, or damage caused by others after the project is complete. To request service, simply send us a message with your name, address, and a brief description—photos help. Warranty work is typically completed within 14–30 days, with urgent issues prioritized. Coverage applies to the original homeowner and begins at project completion.
